Yield's audited investment returns for 2021 are in, and we are pleased to report it has been another strong year for our clients.
Independently audited by Accounting Adviser Services, Yield Financial Planning has been using this service since January 2019, to provide insight on Yield's performance, that can be relied on.
The three audited portfolios, reflect the most common risk profiles of our clients, being Moderately Conservative, Balanced, and Growth, and are benchmarked against Mercer funds for comparison.

Given the size and reach that industry funds have in the market, we also compare our returns to a basket of well-known industry funds for further insight.

*Australian Super is the biggest industry fund, but its returns are only released at the end of the financial year.
Yield Financial Planning Investment Philosophy and Approach
At Yield, our investments are governed by an investment committee made up of Yield Financial Planning’s Managing Director James McFall, Head of Research at Lifespan Financial Planning, John Kounadis, and Partner Stockbroker at RED Asset Management Ben Brockhurst.
Meeting monthly, the committee monitors macro trends impacting the economy, both global and domestic, assessing and tracking risks including economic, political, legislative, and market.
Our investment philosophy is change when change is needed, not change for change's sake and we generate our outperformance adopting strategic asset allocation and investment selection through the cycle.
Depending on our client needs, Yield offers a diverse approach to investment management. This includes managing portfolios to a specific risk profile, such as the audited funds we have illustrated.
We also tailor portfolios to the bespoke needs of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), by developing portfolios around the other investments you own or wish to invest in, such as direct property or shares.
Developing a Wealth Creation Plan that is Personal for You
While investment performance is important, there are fundamental building blocks to achieving investment success.
These include your risk profile, income needs, retirement intentions, debt management, and lifestyle needs and desires.
Once we understand what is important to you, we can help you develop a plan that builds on the strategies you already have in place or are considering, including an investment portfolio that helps you achieve your objectives and improves your position.
