Kirsten McFall

As Yield’s Practice Development Manager, Kirsten is responsible for ensuring all of Yield’s processes are optimised to deliver a seamless client experience; drive innovation and ensure compliance.

Working across business industries for over 20 years, Kirsten works at Yield to bring a different perspective as well as extensive experience in developing and delivering business strategies and process frameworks to improve performance and achieve great results for clients.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma, Business Administration and Management and most recently is a Graduate Company Director from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With a love for her family and friends, she is also passionate about travel, food, wine and AFL!
