This month we have made our focus Retirement and your Estate.

We are fortunate to have Lachlan Vallance a principal lawyer from Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams, as a contributor, discussing the importance of understanding how your assets are owned and how this will impact your Estate. Increasingly, assets are not distributed as part of your Will and it is these ‘non-estate assets’ which are the focus of this article.
